From Castleton SW along the Limestone Way. Heading north to the highest point of Castleton to Edale road.

Go west along Rushup Edge then NE along Chapel Gate then head SE up the road back to the high point. NE over MamTor and Hollins Cross to Lose Hill.

Return to Hollins Cross then south through Mam Farm and Blue John Cavern to Winnats Head Farm. East on Winnats Pass to Speedwell cavern then returning to town.

Medium walk is a circular as the Long walk without the Rushup Edge loop.

There are Toilets available in Castleton to use before the walks.

The short walk is a 5 mile circular going west to Speedwell Cavern then north through Treak Cliff cavern, Blue John and Mam Farm to Hollins Cross. SW over Mam Tor to the road, SE to Winnats Head Farm returning  as long walk.

LINEAR FLAT WALK of 1.5 miles is Linear, westward towards Castleton, Brough to Hope (toilets) then 2 miles to Castleton.
