Walks taking in the Calderdale Way, Gibson Mill, Hardcastle Crags, Lumb Falls, Hebden Bridge, Stoodley Pike, Walshaw Dean Reservoir and Rochdale Canal,
SHORT
CIRCULAR WALK
We go north west along the Calderdale Way to the village of Slack and then New Greenwood Lee and then north to Gibson Mill and Walshaw.
The walk turns east on the Calder/Aire Link to Lumb Hole waterfall then south to New Bridge before returning along the Calderdale Way to Heptonstall.

An alternative unguided short walk of approximately 4 miles will be available from East of Hebden Bridge along the Rochdale canal to Hebden Bridge then Heptonstall. This would involve a 150 metre climb or use of a local service bus.
MEDIUM
CIRCULAR WALK
From Heptonstall the walk heads through Eaves Wood then south east to the Rochdale canal which we follow for a short distance to the railway station then cross the railway and head to Wood Top, Old Chamber and Erringdon Grange to Reach Kilnshaw Farm. The route then follows Dick's Lane up to Stoodley Pike. Heading down from the monument the route joins the Todmorden Centennial Way to the Rochdale canal. We follow the canal back to Mytholm then to Heptonstall.

LONG
CIRCULAR WALK
The long walk follows the same route as the medium walk up to Stoodley Pike.
From the top the route heads south then west to Lumbutts then north to the Rochdale canal. We follow the canal north east to Mytholm then head north west along the south side of Colden water to Delphis then return on the Calderdale Way to Heptonstall.
