SHORT
CIRCULAR WALK
Leaves Saltburn and follows Saltburn Gill roughly southeast via Mill Farm and Bennison Banks down to southwest edge of Brotton and then west turning south east down to North Skelton. From there it heads east and rosses A174 at footbridge and then south to Cleveland Street path and east to Carlin How. North then through Skinningrove to the coast. There you join the Cleveland Way and follow the Cleveland Way northwest along cliff tops back to Saltburn. There is a total of approximately 200 metres of climing during the walk.
IF NOT WISHING TO PARTICIPATE IN THE THREE WALKS :
You can walk along the cliff tops on the Cleveland way towards Skinngrove as far as suits you and then walk back. No map required. There is Saltburn Valley Garden & Tea Rooms, a woodland centre, Italian Gardens and the Saltburn Miniture railway and Saltburn itself.
Toilets are at bottom on the front.

MEDIUM
CIRCULAR WALK
Starting at Saltburn we follow the Cleveland Way roughly southwest going into park and alongside Skelton Beck passing funder railway viaduct and over the beck via a footbridge. The path moves away from the beck there, goes under the A174 and through Skelton. At far side of Skelton you leave the Cleveland Way and head roughly east via Trout Hall Lane and the Cleveland Street through North Skelton to Craggs Hall near Carlin How. It is then northwest, crossing A174 and skirting edge of Brotton before swinging northeast over B road and then under railway line to join the Cleveland Way at Cattersty Cliff and back to Saltburn along the cliffs as per the short walk.

LONG
CIRCULAR WALK
As per medium walk down to North Skelton but then swinging south to Lingdale. Then east via Little Moorsholm Farm and Bucks Rush Farm before heading northeast through Castle Woods and across railway line into Whitecliff Wood. You then cross A174 and down through Skinningrove to pick up the Cleveland Way on the beach and follow it back to Saltburn as per short walk.
