Long walkers are dropped off at West Witton to head over themoors for spectacular views and on to Carlton.

Medium walk  starts from Carlton with a short climb up onto the moors taking in the views, passes disused Mine stacks, followed by a downward moorland walk which then ascends for a short climb, thencircling back down to Carlton.

The Short Walk starts from Carlton with a short climb up onto the moors taking in the views, followed by a downward moorland walk which then ascends for a short climb, thencircling back down to Carlton.

A shorter walk is available to join the short walk after they complete a short climb 5.5 miles
